The avalanche detector piste is an offer for everyone who has an electronic avalanche detector (transmitter / receiver). It is open to everyone and is located on top of Setertrekket in the innermost part of Eikedalen Ski Center.

You can choose which level of difficulty you want, Easy, Medium or Expert.

Then one or more buried transmitter units are activated and the clock starts so that one can see how long it takes to locate an avalanche and make discoveries with the search bar. You should be able to do this in just a few minutes if you are trained and know your avalanche detector. Having trained and mastered the technique can be crucial to saving your ski buddies if the accident is out.
